The Chuangye East Road is the auxiliary road on the east side of the Shuiquangou section of the Dongwaihuan Road in Zhangjiakou. The total length is 800 meters. The main road is 6 to 15 meters wide. It is a residential area of ​​Dongkouzi Village, Qinglin Yazhu, Jiajing Tiancheng and many other residential areas and factories and mines. An important road for companies to travel, but because of the long years of disrepair, poor road conditions, causing inconvenience to the travel of nearby people. Therefore, Qiaodong Municipal Government started the large-scale reconstruction project of this road section in mid-July.

In this project, a total of 1200 meters of drainage pipelines were renovated, 30 inspection wells were rebuilt, and 11 new rainwater collection wells were installed. Asphalt concrete was 2,000 tons and 8,000 square meters. As of the deadline, 90% of the total project volume had been completed. During the road finishing process, the German-made BMW grid paver and roller specially purchased by Qiaodong City not only greatly increased the smoothness of the laid asphalt pavement, but also greatly shortened the paving time and saved the work cost. The road section is expected to open to traffic around National Day, and opening to traffic will greatly facilitate the travel of the surrounding people.
