Working Principle of Material Carrier
The Heavy Duty Material Carrier gets its power from the battery installed inside the vehicle. The current is supplied to the pulling motor through the electric control system, which allows the car to start, stop, move forward, move backward, turn around, and adjust speed. The DC motors installed in the car operate smoothly with high torque and low voltage, reducing the impact on the reducer.

The Battery of Material Carrier
1. The battery capacity depends on the cart's load capacity. It can run for 4 hours when fully loaded without any movement. Since the cart will be loading and unloading and stopping frequently, the actual working time is much longer than 4 hours.
2. The battery requires 6-8 hours for charging. If it has 30% power left, it needs 4 hours to charge completely.
3. The battery is very easy to replace. It can be removed using a forklift or trolley, and replacement takes about 5 minutes.
4. The service life of the battery is 3-4 years, and it can be charged 1200-1500 times under normal use.

Production Process of Material Carrier
CNC Cutting
Transport the steel plate from the raw material warehouse to the CNC cutting workshop for cutting. After cutting, workers perform simple processing such as chip removal and positioning.
Preliminary Assembling
Assemble the cut steel plates according to the design drawings.
Welding
Use an automatic welding machine to weld the steel plates after preliminary assembly.
Post-Weld Treatment
Test the welded sections, polish, and remove burrs. Perform post-weld treatment to eliminate residual stress.
Spray Primer
Transport the processed structural parts to the painting booth for applying the primer. The main component of the primer is zinc-rich epoxy anti-rust paint, applied in two layers.
Assembling
Assemble the structural parts after the primer application with wheels, motors, and gearboxes.
Paint Finish
Transfer the assembled cart to the painting booth, inspect the primer integrity, then apply the finish coat.
Debugging
After painting, debug the cart using the electric control system. Conduct no-load tests first, followed by load tests. After inspection, transport the cart to the storage area.
Packaging and Shipping of Material Carrier
*For lengths less than 6m and widths less than 2.2m, it is transported in a 20ft container. If the length is between 5.9m and 12m, it is transported in a 40ft container. If there are 2 or 3 sets, they can be shipped in a full container. For one set, it can be transported via LCL container.
*If the length is less than 12m but the width exceeds 2.2m, it is transported using a flat rack (20 or 40 ft). If the equipment dimensions exceed these limits, bulk cargo shipping may be required depending on the quantity.
