Working Principle of Material Carrier
The Heavy Duty Material Carrier gets its power from a battery installed inside the vehicle. The current is supplied to the pulling motor through an electric control system, allowing the car to start, stop, move forward, reverse, turn, and adjust speed. The DC motors installed in the car provide smooth operation with high torque and low voltage, reducing impact on the reducer.

The Battery of Material Carrier
1. The battery capacity depends on the cart's load capacity. It can run for 4 hours when fully loaded under no movement conditions. Since the cart loads and unloads frequently and stops, the actual working time exceeds 4 hours.
2. The battery requires 6-8 hours to charge. If it has 30% power left, it will take about 4 hours to fully charge.
3. The battery is easy to replace. It can be removed using a forklift or trolley, and replacement takes only about 5 minutes.
4. The battery life is 3-4 years, and it can be charged up to 1200-1500 times with normal use.

Production Process of Material Carrier
CNC Cutting
Transport the steel plate from the raw material warehouse to the CNC cutting workshop for cutting. After cutting, workers perform simple processing such as chip removal and setting out.
Preliminary Assembling
Assemble the cut steel plates according to the design drawings.
Welding
Use automatic welding machines to weld the steel plates after preliminary assembling.
Post Weld Treatment
Test the welded sections, polish, and remove burrs. Perform post-weld treatment to eliminate welding stress.
Spray Primer
Transfer the processed structural parts to the painting booth for primer application. The main component of the primer is zinc-rich epoxy anti-rust paint, applied in two layers.
Assembling
Assemble the structural parts with wheels, motors, and gearboxes after the primer is applied.
Paint Finish
Transfer the assembled cart to the painting booth, inspect the primer's integrity, and then apply the finish paint.
Debugging
After painting, debug the cart with the electric control system. Test the cart without load, then test it with load. After inspection, the cart is moved to storage.
Packaging and Shipping of Material Carrier
*For lengths less than 6m and widths less than 2.2m, it will be transported in a 20ft container. If the length is between 5.9m and 12m, it will be transported in a 40ft container. For 2 or 3 sets, full container transport is possible. For 1 set, LCL container transport is available.
*If the length is less than 12m but the width exceeds 2.2m, it must be transported in a flat rack (20 or 40 ft). If the equipment exceeds these dimensions, bulk cargo may be required depending on the quantity.
