    The consulting expert group listened carefully to the report, focusing on the preparation of the Josephson chip, the construction of the quantum voltage source, and the application of the in-situ calibration. After discussion, the participating experts agreed that the project was difficult and time-intensive. The research content proposed by the project team was substantial, the technical route was feasible, and the task schedule of the project and the project was detailed and reasonable.
    Start meeting
    The project is jointly conducted by China Metrology Institute and the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Oriental Metrology and Testing Institute, and the Institute of Mechanical Industry Instrumentation and Comprehensive Technology and Economics. Through the breakthrough of large-scale superconducting integrated quantum voltage chip preparation, magnetic flux quantum regulation And other technologies to develop AC quantum voltage standard devices. Based on the relevant quantity value transfer and instrument in-situ calibration method to realize the in-situ calibration of electric measuring instruments, it provides support for the technical research and development of domestic related testing and measuring institutions and industry-leading enterprises, and enhances the research and development level of domestic enterprises in the field of advanced electromagnetic instruments and meters.     5.The material temperature should be less than 200℃.

    6.The degree of inclination angle should be less than or equal to 45
