With the holding of Olympic Games in Brazil,more and more visitors came to Brazil for traveling. Due to the acquaintance of a Brazilian customer dealing with laser depilator, S&A Chiller Company also had the opportunity to have a visit to Brazil. This customer of laser depilator wanted to order a water chiller to cool their 500W xenon lamp laser, requiring that the water temperature must be kept at 25℃. With 1400W cooling capacity, S&A CW-5200 water chiller can fully meet the customer`s requirement. The customer had planned to use S&A water chiller to cool the water tank inside the depilator and then cooled the laser. However the efficiency was too low. In view of this, S&A recommended the customer to use directly S&A water chiller for the cooling of laser.
An unbelievable thing happened after the water chiller was delivered to the customer: After the machine was connected, water discharged from the chiller smelled extremely foul and looked light green. As S&A had never encountered such things, we reckoned that it might be the deterioration of water quality when water had penetrated into the tank within the chiller during the transportation. Then according to the instruction from S&A, the customer re-poured purified water into the chiller and drained it. Such a situation never occurred again after the operation had been repeated several times.
