Rubber stripping machine is used to strip rubber cover from rubber conveyor belt and make preparation for belt splicing and joint.

Complete rubber belt stripping system consists of vice group, pulling winch, sliding unit, etc.

A motor and speed reducer that installed between the guiding device is included in the windlass.It moves very convenient when it is working and can avoid the belt swing.

SteelCord Stripper is designed and used to strip the steel cords from steel cord conveyor belt which is to be spliced.

Electrically operated steel cord conveyor belt stripping system complete with all the accessories.

Consists of all equipment including cutting, pulling and sliding units with electrical winch.

The electrical motor is 3 phase, 380V, 50Hz. Operating switches and controls also equipped.

 

The operation can be carried out in the vulcanizing shop or on site.The cutting unit is suitable for cable pitches from 10~25mm and for cable diameters from 4.9~13.2 mm.The rubber cover thickness can be up to 12mm on the running side and up to 25 mm on the carrying side .The total belt thickness can be up to 40 mm.
