    The solvable fluoroplastic which represent by FEP(F46) can generate unstable terminal during the process of powder granulation and compounding. This ustable terminal must be devolatilized.

    At same time, the powder needs stabilizing treatment with high temperature melting in order to get rid of the small molecule volatile like solvant, emulsifier. Normally, the temperature can reach to 380~390ºC. In this heat , the unstable terminal will break out that may generate HF which is very corrosive. The HF can easily corrode the machine parts, especially the screw, barrel, exhaust chamber and the head.
