1.This production line is composed of single or conical twin screw stem extruder ,vacuum calibration table ,haul-off unit,coilern and coordinated with different specification of moulds to produce PVC,PE,ABS automobile used and decoration used seal bar,decoration bar,decoration profiles,hollow door plate plastic products etc.
 
2.Edge band is the most widely used edging product in the furniture industry with outstanding features of low cost, easy application, fantastic decoration, non-colour variation after trimming and polishing, high flexible effects, superior durability and wearability, stain and chemical resistance .
 
3.Production flow of  machine of edge banding tape for particle board
Cooling and hotting mixer (PVC powder ) or High speed mixer (PVC granules)→ Twin screw extruder ( PVC  powder) or single screw extruder ( PVC granules ) → Cooling Water Tank →Roller type traction machine →Winding machine ( hose edge band ) or Cutting machine ( solid edge band ).
