It is understood that Shanghai Kerbenschmidt Pistons Co., Ltd. is a joint venture of the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (Group) Corporation and Germany's Körben Schmidt GmbH. It is a piston manufacturer for automotive engines and has a total investment of 220 million yuan.
