Processed by high-temperature quenching and hole-digging technology,the machine features durability,fast thermal transmission,high hardness,high-temperature resistance,anti-corrosion and strength against deformation,for surface processing,the high-hardness chromium plating or chrome free is adpoted,while the former one makes the roller bright wiht high hardness

1.Built-in heater,together with LED temperature controller and high-precision sensor,can automatic ally compensate the temperature to guarantee the temperature equalization,the difference of the heating modes between electrical heating and oil heating lies in the requirements of temperature precision,the surface temperature of the roller will be much more stable and the precision will be much higher for oil heating.
