INTRODUCTION:
Suitable for crushing and recycling in  medicine, food, chemical pigments, fertilizer ,etc. In operation, a high speed rotating knife cut the particles with different shapes and specificstions. Material particle size smaller than the screen passes to the discharge while the larger particles are reduced. This equipment can replace YK swaying granulator in some cases.
Cone Mill is recognized as one of the most versatile size reduction machines in the pharmaceutical industry. It's ability to take a relatively wide size range of feed material and produce a similarly wide range of product, makes it ideal for intermediate sizing in both wet and dry granulations processes.
MODEL FEATURERS:
Table type: Widely used in crushing and pelletizing of non uniform materials.
Inclined type: Normal type,suitable for  lighter proportion materials granulation. Popular used in small batch production.
Pipeline type: Pipeline connection, either single or joint use is abailable. No dust when used in combination.

With the design of easy installation and maintenance, the granulator is constructed with quality stainless steel to meet GMP standard. The driving mechanism is totally enclosed in the machine body and its lubrication system improves the lifetime of the mechanical components. Particle size is controlled through mill-screen size and rotating speed.

Packing details:
We usually use wooden case for package.(Size: L*W*H).
Wooden case can be fumigated as customer's requirement.
If the container is compact,we will use PE film to protect it.
Don't worry the machine will move in the container.

CH/CS Cone Crusher
(1) CH/CS Cone Crusher is a single cylinder hydraulic structure. The equipment is designed according to heavy-duty working conditions. The main shaft is supported at the upper and lower points, and the stress conditions are good.
(2) The constant crushing chamber (CLP) design keeps the feeding and production capacity constant during the liner wear cycle, significantly reducing the operating cost.
(3) Up to ten kinds of cavity shape changes and up to four kinds of eccentricities can be set for an eccentric sleeve bushing, which greatly enhances the flexibility and adaptability of the equipment.
(4) Equipped with intelligent ore outlet adjustment system ASRI, the performance of the crusher can be maximized.
(5) Advanced liner wear monitoring and automatic compensation functions, operation data record query functions, and convenient network communication functions can significantly improve the maintenance level of equipment and optimize the coordination and control with other equipment in the system.
(6) Compared with CH type, CS type crushing chamber is higher and steeper, with larger feed inlet and larger carrying capacity. It is suitable for secondary crushing when the feed particle size is large. Its lower frame is interchangeable with CH crusher of the same specification.
