In response to the “three-year change†target of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government, the former factory of Jinshi Jinshi Company, which was originally located in the urban area of ​​Shijiazhuang City, stopped on the entire line on February 28, 2010, and built 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia in the Xinle City Industrial Park. The relocation and reconstruction projects in different places will be based on the full use of existing equipment, and will upgrade the production process. After more than a year of equipment relocation and the construction of a new factory area, and a system test drive that lasted more than five months, Jinwantai achieved the goal of full production process through production.
Urea is the most important leading product of Jinwantai Company. This set of urea production device is a new device with a designed production capacity of 300,000 tons per year and a maximum production capacity of 400,000 tons per year. The device adopts the relatively mature domestic carbon dioxide gas stripping technology, and shortens the process flow compared with the full-circulation production process of the aqueous solution in the old factory area; the ammonia consumption, steam consumption, electricity consumption, and recycled water consumption are all reduced to varying degrees and the production is reduced. Cost; The use of carbon dioxide gas dehydrogenation technology, fundamentally eliminate the risk of explosion in the process, and increase the intrinsic safety level of urea production.
