On the 8th of February, at the low temperature of -25°C, the catalytic cracking plant of Daqing Refinery No. 1 Refinery successfully completed the replacement of the E201A/B condenser tube bundle. The E201A/B cooler has been in operation for 6 years. Due to too much fouling in the tube bundles and excessive blockage of the bundles, it poses a hidden danger to safe production. Moreover, the heat exchange effect is not good, not only increasing the water consumption of the device, but also increasing the energy consumption of the device. After the tube bundle is replaced, the cooler operates well, the cooling effect is significantly enhanced, and the temperature after cooling is reduced to the normal range, effectively ensuring the safe production of the device.
