1, the vehicle must ensure daily 10-15 minutes of no-load operation. Check whether the oil pump comes to oil, if the compressor has abnormal noise, and if the transmission system is normal, then it can be put into operation.
2. Regular loading and unloading of bulk cement trucks shall be carried out. First, the lower ash valve shall be closed. When the pressure is expressed to 2 kg/cm2, the valve can be opened to discharge ash, and the normal unloading speed is 1.1 to 1.35 per minute. Tons of ash can usually be unloaded at pressure gauges of 1.3 to 1.5 kg/cm2.
3, the air compressor is best not continuous operation for more than 60 minutes, otherwise it will have an adverse impact on the air compressor.
