Main Features
1. Imported solenoid valve, effectively guarantee the stability of the machine running, and reduce the failure rate to a minimum.
2. The double valve structure, built-in two-way operation of the system, with imported double gear pump, supplied more choices for workers, two stations working individually or simultaneously at the same time.
3. Siemens motor, the failure rate is substantially zero. Meanwhile, effective in energy saving
4. Adopts Schneider Electric (including circuit breakers, contactors, thermal overload, small relays, the stroke switch, buttons), cable clear enough to reduced electrical fault.
5. With three high-pressure tubing to ensure that no oil leakage
6. Cylinder block use 40 cr high strength alloy material integral forging, ductile iron piston guide sleeve mounted without a gap.
7. Resistance to high temperature (Limit 700 ºC) for a long time to prevent overheating, causing internal cylinder guide sleeve deformation, resulting in cylinder oil leakage.
8. Using oil cooling device, open and close freely according to temperature conditions. When the temperature is too high, continuous overload working, it can keep oil temperature normal to ensure the feasibility of high pressure, long time working.
