The reliability of CNC machine tools involves all parts of the factory such as design, testing, manufacturing, assembly, supply, and after-sales service of the production plant.     (2) Heavy-duty CNC machine tools have higher quality and higher levels, and they must focus on solving several key common technologies: overall machine optimization design technology; typical motion reliability design; reliability growth and growth test technology; high-speed spindle dynamic stiffness and bearing thermal balance System and dynamic balance research; high-speed feed dynamic test, forward-looking control, steady acceleration control technology; automatic on-line measurement, error compensation technology; long stroke and gapless transmission technology and other technical issues.

    (3) Improve the speed and accuracy of the core transmission components, as well as the manufacturing process level and quality of the entire machine tool.
