Ceramic filter safety production operation procedures

    1, check before driving
    Strictly and carefully check the items according to the “pre-operation check” project stipulated in the “Pressure and Maintenance Procedures for Filter Press Equipment”.
    2, driving sequence
    First start the oil pump to lubricate the main engine, wait until the oil pressure reaches the pressure, the oil quantity and oil return of each part are good, and the oil circuit sends a signal before the filter press can be started;
    1) Open the power start button on the operation panel of the control cabinet, press the PIC reset button to make the host in the original startup state;
    2) Press the PLC start button to make the host automatically cycle through the cycle;
    3) Open the gate valve on each gas water slurry pipeline;
    4) Open the unloading belt, filtrate storage tank, air compressor, water pump, etc., adjust the water supply gate valve, and then open the sand pump feed after the 3-5 cycles of normal operation.
    3, operation in operation
    1) The operator of the filter press should strictly inspect the “in-service inspection” project as stipulated in the “Maintenance and Maintenance Procedures for Filter Press Equipment”, and inspect every item for half an hour, and make various records;
    2) Check and measure the demineralization water and filtrate concentration of the filter press, set the limit current value of the current sensor, the time value of each process through the contact screen, adjust the process conditions such as the amount of ore, concentration and gas supply in time, and find the fault in time. deal with;
    3) Ensure that the filter plate is unloaded clean.
    4, parking sequence
    1) During normal shutdown:
    The feed must be stopped first. After the slurry in the pump pool is processed and pumped for 2-3 minutes, the sand pump can be stopped. After the slurry pipeline, the mine tank and the discharge port are emptied, the filter can be stopped.
    Press the PLC stop button, after the work cycle is completed, the discharge port is cleared to stop the discharge belt;
    Stop the PLC reset button to put the host in the original working state;
    Stop the main engine lubrication pump and air compressor;
    2) Accidental downtime:
    Press the PLC pause button to troubleshoot as soon as possible, and return to normal, press the PLC reset button;
    3) After the joint cleaning is completed, rinse the filter plate and the rack;
    Record the opening and closing time, check whether the pipes are blocked, and check whether the protective cover, safety railings and stairs are in good condition.
