If the owner of the old motor vehicle is replaced with a new one, the automobile manufacturer will give the owner a new car reward according to the principle that the average standard is not lower than the government subsidy.
Compared with the old vehicle elimination update program implemented in this city in 2013-2014, the new plan for 2015-2016 will increase the amount of scrapped vehicle subsidies by 2,000 yuan on the basis of maintaining the existing subsidy processing model. Vehicles are no longer subsidized, and the incentives for scrapping of heavy-duty diesel vehicles are increased, and they are enjoyed at the same time as the national automobile replacement policy.
