Introduction
The heavy duty sand pump is one type of horizontal centrifugal pump. It is mainly used for dredging in river, lake, lagoon, pond, reservoir, etc. And it is usually installed in pontoon.It is very wearable for sand and mud dredging.The material of heavy duty sand pump is alloy cast iron, and high chrome white cast iron.The heavy duty sand pump size is from 6/4 inches to 20/18 inches. In accordance with clients' requirements, the pump can be connected to diesel engine or electric motor through triangle belt or connecting joint or gearbox.

1Slurry pump's bearing assembly use cylindrical structure,adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, they can be removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
2.High chromium alloy and rubber impeller/ cover and frame plate liner/throat bushing
3Highly wear resistant and abrasive resistant rubber parts
4Shaft seal with packing/centrifugal seal with metal/rubber expeller ring/mechanical ring
