4. Open the chimney cover on the asphalt tank in advance when lighting the stationary burner. The bitumen level in the asphalt tank must exceed the U-tube height.
5. It is forbidden to use the burner in the spraying operation.
6. When the portable burner is lit, the switch of the fuel pipe is partially opened, then gradually opened to full open, and access to flammable materials is prohibited.
7. The compressed air pressure supplied to the burner should be limited to 0.3 to 0.4 mpa.
8. After the flameout of the burner, turn off the intake switch of the fuel tank and remove the remaining pressure in the fuel tank.
9. Asphalt sprinklers should be equipped with an electrostatic mopping chain, and emergency braking should be avoided during heavy-duty driving.
