2.Product Description
(1) Principle
Production rang from 300kg/day to 30T/day.The evaporator is a special vertical cylinder with interlayer stainless steel(or steel).Refrigerant evaporation in the interlayer,the ice making water spray in the inner wall and were rapidly frozen into ice.The stainless blade continuous rotary extrusion will continue to put the ice scraping.The excess water will through the baffle back into the water tank,can be reused.
(2) Ice feature
Irregular flake ice thickness:1.5mm to 2.5mm
The thin ice can be directly used for stirring and mixing cooled food.
Will not damage the outer surface of the items which are cooled for there are no sharp edges.
Cooling speed for large contact area.
The ice is very flexible in use for they can be very small.
(3) Features of equipment
  Inner spiral shaping cutter,reduce the energy consumption of equipment,without friction,prevent refrigerant leakage.
  Carbon steel heat treatment after plating hard nobelium,with high quality SUS304 or 316 stainless steel material,ensure the best heat transfer efficiency.
   Adopt PLC control,less fault and simple maintenance.

5.Packing &Â Delivery
We adopt international standard packaging. There is a carton, outside with wooden case. Packing after fumigation, prevent the bugs. A box inside a machine, the ice machine and ice storage library packaged separately.

1.How can we place order?Â
After we made agreement on the product' surface finish and price, we will make proforma invoice for your confirmation.when we got your advance payment (deposit) we will start production.
If you have your own ship forwarder, we will use your ship forwarder to delivery goods. if you don't have ship forwarder, then when the goods arrived at Destination port, you must find a ship forwarder help you clear the custom.
2.What's your payment term?
30% deposit in advance by T/T, balance 70% paid when goods ready. small amount payment can through paypal or Escrow or Western union. please confirm everything clearly before you make payment.
